Integrate With the Technologies You Already Use

QuickBooks Online

In our goal to streamline the processes of our clients, we are implementing integration with QuickBooks Online and are currently awaiting Intuit approval to be listed in the online store. This integration will allow creating customers in QuickBooks Online from TruAsset, linking currently existing customers in QuickBooks Online to facilities in TruAsset, and sending created FSRs directly to QuickBooks Online as invoices. This is a new integration and features may expand with feedback from our customer base.

Centrak

Enabling healthcare facility staff to spend more time servicing equipment instead of searching for it. TruAsset is excited to have implemented direct communications with the CenTrak Real-Time Location System (RTLS) to offer a link between the asset data in TruAsset and the location data in CenTrak. This integration allows clients of TruAsset and CenTrak to seamlessly decrease unlocatable assets. CenTrak’s end-to-end asset tracking and management solutions provide locating infrastructure, a variety of purpose-built asset tags (including Mini and Micro form factors to fit the industry’s smallest mobile medical equipment), and easy-to-use software tools for real-time map views of current equipment locations. RTSL and CMMS integrations enable more efficient preventative maintenance activities and recall procedures that help to ensure timely regulatory compliance.
